Dave is an award-winning designer and brand builder. For nearly 20 years, he has helped launch over 200 new spirit, wine and beverage brands throughout the US and Europe. Being immersed in the development of these new brands has helped Dave gain valuable knowledge about the inner workings of the spirit industry. This experience, combined with a drive to constantly explore innovative ways of marketing, helps Dave deliver cutting-edge brand development and marketing to his clients.
Janelle Hammerstrom is an accomplished graphic designer and illustrator highly driven to craft unique and compelling design solutions that will make any product stand out from the competition. With a background in mathematics, Janelle combines logic and precision with life-long creativity. Janelle is always pushing to creating award-winning packaging design and thrilled to be a member of the IGNITE team.
Chris has been with the IGNITE team since 2004, applying his skills of web development, design, project coordination, and video production. Besides his work with IGNITE, he has created highly imaginative and well-produced solutions for a variety of brands, including Sharp Electronics, Revlon, Asics, Pfizer, and Marriott, to name a few. Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry, which comes in handy when evaluating flavor profiles and playing Trivial Pursuit.
For over 10 years, My (Mimi) has been designing world-class labels which have won top awards at international spirit competitions. Her artistic skill and bottomless creativity bring an original perspective to each project. Mimi is also an accomplished illustrator working in pen & ink, watercolor, and scratchboard to name a few.
Makena is an incredibly talented designer, illustrator, and 3D artist who adapts her wide range of abilities to the unique demands required to make each product stand out on the shelf. Makena is also adept at rebranding products that need a fresh approach. Her enthusiasm and drive to create award-winning work can be seen in everything she does.
Shaken, blended or stirred, Kelliann knows how to serve up a good story. For 25+ years she’s helped B2C and B2B brands earn media and cultivate engagement with their target audiences. She received high octane results in her regional work for Starbucks, hit home runs for work with the Seattle Mariners, and pulled in the equivalent of the PR Oscar, the PRSA Silver Anvil Award, for work on Oregon Bounty, the wine and culinary tourism initiative of Travel Oregon.
With over 25+ years of experience in the advertising industry, most recently serving as an associate creative director at TBWA/Chiat/Day in Los Angeles, Dan brings a wealth of experience in traditional, digital and new channel marketing. He’s developed branding for major international corporations and has also built entrepreneurial companies from the ground-up. Dan has also worked in the nightclub industry in Los Angeles, observing first-hand how spirit brands achieved success in a highly competitive market.
With over 3+ years of training, Paco brings a great attitude, gregarious personality, non-stop energy, and boundless optimism to all office activities. His heritage is mysterious, and we like it that way. He can go from 0 to 100 in 1 second and is more ready for anything than Chuck Norris in a kung fu movie. Paco has been known be to caught sleeping on the job, but that’s the price we pay for such magnificence. Meetings with Paco are by appointment only and be sure to bring cheese.
